No. Orvosi is and always will be a tool built specifically for assessors to manage and market themselves. We work WITH all the referral sources, but we only work FOR the assessors. We receive no payment from anyone except assessors for our services. We compliment assessment companies by providing quick responses and encourage better deadline alignment.
No. Think of Orvosi like signing up with Microsoft or Gmail. Just because our users share a domain at the end of their email address, does not mean they work together. Orvosi users maintain private and confidential activities and do not collaborate in any way.
Orvosi is best suited for assessors who have at least 3 days in a month set aside for assessments. When hiring Orvosi services, our shared goal is to increase your productivity and maximize your efficiency. If you don't have much availability in your schedule, you can likely manage your work on your own.
No, you can simply license the software. Orvosi admins are trained specifically to understand the IME industry. Our admins are available at a cost, however, to help your admin with better training for marketing and efficiency improvements, if you prefer to employ your own staff.
Yes. All of your medical briefs, invoices, and reports are stored on a Canadian HIPPA compliant server. Any calendar integrations use a case number rather than claimant name and invoices are sent with an expiration link.

A Case Detail is where every last bit of information on the claimant that you assessed is managed. You can store the medical files, the final reports, the addendums, the invoice, any notes that come up along the way (ex. large file or additional documents). You can sync and share to work offline. You can book and track any related teleconferences. You can timestamp the duration of the assessment. Most anything you can think of is stored on one single page with a unique ID number.
The daysheet is a condensed version of the cases you have scheduled, showing only the parts of the Case Detail that you need to complete your exam.
Glad you asked! One of our favourite features allows you to input your fee schedules with various referral sources. When you click the button to generate your invoice, the system will automatically create the cost based on the company, file type and location. All you have to do is hit send. The invoice is sent through the system from your email address with an encrypted link. You can keep an audit trail for your records.

Absolutley! On your Task page, you will see a list of all your due dates in chronological order. You (or your admin) can also keep track of deadlines for missing medbriefs that haven't been received, due dates for addendums and paper reviews, reminders to submit invoices, and any other tasks that are part of your workflow. Because each of the tasks are be dependent on one another, you can see all the things you can "DO" and all the tasks that you are "WAITING" to do. For example, you might have a document summary that you are supposed to complete before the assessment, but that task is dependent on receiving the medical brief. If you haven't received the documents, you will know that you can't complete your task.
Yes! As the primary user, you can see everything to do with your business. You can also add various support users with restricted access. For example if you have someone who assists with tabulating the medical brief, you can create tasks for them in your workflow. They could access some part of Case Detail, but be restricted from seeing things like the invoice. Alternatively, you could give your book keeper access, who would be able to see and download the invoices. Intake assistants, transcriptionists and, of course, administrators are other types of typical secondary users.
